When you’re as successful as Justin Bieber there are going to be people that just don’t like you. It could be because they are jealous, or any other reason really. Anyways, this person seems to have some kind of grudge with Justin Bieber as she throws a bottle at him while he’s on stage. He tried to block the bottle but he missed and it hit him right in the head.
Edit: Turns out that this wasn’t actually a bottle. It was a rolled up t-shirt that said “I love Justin Bieber”. Inside the t-shirt was a bag of sour patch kids (Justin Bieber’s favorite candy). It seems like the girl was just trying to get his attention. She didn’t mean to hit him in the head. Justin Bieber replied with “that’s some tough love”
